Some sort of masochism, I suppose! :-)

Pattern-chaser

"Who cares, wins"Pattern-chaserhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09525856532112611070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10391176.post-43077894796272640552008-11-25T10:26:00.000-08:002008-11-25T10:26:00.000-08:00Cindy - you're not alone :) Lots of people I know ...Cindy - you're not alone :) Lots of people I know don't enjoy gardening etc. In the end, I'll almost always prefer a hike to other kinds of out, but for some reason, gardening does appeal too.Tesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15636189059910920978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10391176.post-87734503085795902892008-11-21T13:46:00.000-08:002008-11-21T13:46:00.000-08:00Great photos. No, I don't enjoy outdoor work. I do it when I have to, but it's never an enjoyable activity for me. I'd rather be walking or hiking in the outdoors, not tending to.Cindy Procter-Kinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09346582256561600721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10391176.post-68463213807101211312008-11-20T21:43:00.000-08:002008-11-20T21:43:00.000-08:00Lynn - no arguments here. I have to be in the right mood for outdoor work and ALWAYS prefer outdoor play :) We have lots of great hiking trails here.

Natalie - yep, no question the outdoor work here is way more fun than anything in suburbia (been there, done that). I do, however, have to keep a sharp eye out for the local bear!Tesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15636189059910920978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10391176.post-89053321819106787302008-11-20T20:18:00.000-08:002008-11-20T20:18:00.000-08:00Wow, you live in a gorgeous area. I detest the raking and shoveling and mulching and weeding we have to do in our corner of boring suburbia. :)Natalie J. Outdoor play (i.e. hiking) is much better, though. :)Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06711039452246216110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10391176.post-8100758388677840862008-11-20T10:05:00.000-08:002008-11-20T10:05:00.000-08:00Yeah - I'm with you on that! Now I'm more than happy to go out and work outside, but on my terms and as we have no deciduous trees, it means no raking *g*.

Glad you liked the photos :)Tesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15636189059910920978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10391176.post-18391745333336607022008-11-20T07:21:00.000-08:002008-11-20T07:21:00.000-08:00Oh! When I was growing up on the farm and was told to go work in the field or cleaning up something, I hated it. But there's something pretty satisfying about it now. :-) (Shhhh...don't tell my dad!)Melissa Amateishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16086267508858187716noreply@blogger.com
